Talk Telecom has achieved a tenfold increase in billing, from £30k per month to over £341k per month, following a partnership with PRD Technologies.
The partnership saw PRD implement the latest version of its Intelligent Billing software and automate the processing of (Call Detail Record files containing mobile and data traffic.
Jason Halls, MD at Talk Telecom said: “We now have an integrated bureau billing solution that can accommodate multiple telecoms vendors and carriers.”
