Strategic Imperatives has launched Elevate Pay, an enterprise payment gateway which fully automates the value chain for service providers.
The module allows Elevate Billing customers to see a real time view of customer balances and financial interactions by enabling automatic collection of payments and Direct Debits as well as handling mandates, refunds, partial payments, and chargebacks.
Wail Sabbagh, MD Strategic Imperatives said: “Development of the module was in response to feedback from our customers looking to integrate the billing process with their business support systems (BSS), offer better customer experience and reduce operational expenditure.”
