Arrow Business Communications has been awarded People Insight’s Outstanding Workplace Award 2021 for its employee engagement and company culture.
The award is given to companies who scored over 85 per cent in three Employee Engagement surveys conducted since 2018, in which time Arrow has integrated nine businesses.
CEO Richard Burke said: “The challenges for all of us in the last 18 months have further encouraged us to explore new concepts, shift perspectives and deepen our focus on employee engagement.”
