RingCentral's launch of a real-time native AI assistant for agents and supervisors coincides with new data that shows a growing appetite among UK workers for virtual AI assistants.
RingCentral's research found that 32% of the UK workforce believe AI will be most useful as a virtual assistant; 41% would use an AI-powered virtual assistant to research things they don’t know the answer to; 51% agree that an AI-powered virtual assistant would reduce feelings of chaos; and 36% would use an AI-powered virtual assistant to proofread documents they don’t want to.
Alongside the AI assistant launch, RingCentral also introduced advanced AI-based scoring, coaching and feedback for agents within RingCX.
These additions have been introduced as a result of collaboration with customers already using RingCX.
"The latest advancements in AI are reshaping the landscape of customer experience by helping customers, empowering agents and enabling supervisors to drive business success," said Jim Dvorkin, SVP of Customer Experience Innovation at RingCentral.
