Pinnacle has acquired AlphaLogix, its first since becoming K3 Capital Group’s technology solutions subsidiary, as part of the company’s expansion strategy and commitment to providing technology solutions to the SME sector across the UK and Ireland.
This acquisition expands Pinnacle’s technical expertise and customer support capabilities while providing AlphaLogix customers better access to resources, specialist knowledge, and a wider range of business solutions.

Pinnacle has seen substantial growth since its acquisition by K3 Capital Group, driven by a strong commitment to providing customer-centric technology solutions and this addition of AlphaLogix marks another key milestone.
As part of the acquisition, AlphaLogix’s team will join Pinnacle’s 180-strong workforce.
