West Yorkshire-headquartered Vapour Cloud has become the sixth organisation in the UK to achieve approved Avaya Cloud Solutions partner status through BT Wholesale.
Vapour's CEO Tim Mercer said: "Many organisations are starting to realise that on-premise telephony systems are holding them back, so they're beginning to explore the world that we have operated in for the last five years."
Driven by the latest WebRTC, Avaya's cloud-based UC offering is very attractive to Vapour - an organisation renowned for its specialism in real-time communication technologies.
