SBL Group investor Stone Ventures has backed QDOS Communications as the two businesses merge to form a £10m turnover company operating under the brand QDOS SBL Group with bases in Ipswich, London, Manchester, Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Washington DC.
Key markets for both businesses are the global hospitality and restaurant sectors along with SME and enterprise customers.
Clients include Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Rezidor, Shangri-La and Wyndham and UK hospitality brands The Ritz, Caprice Holdings, Grace Hotels, Nadler Hotels, Malmaison and Hotel du Vin.
QDOS SBL Group Chief Executive Simon Catterick stated: "The financial investment by Stone Ventures is the start of a long-term relationship with QDOS SBL Group as it helps to turn two good businesses into a consolidated great one."
