Software-based phone system developer 3CX has simplified and speeded up the implementation of its UC platform with V15.5.
The latest release also brings new capabilities that include the ability for users to configure 3CX on their Android or iOS devices by scanning a QR code.
This way workers can provision their 3CX smartphone app from anywhere on any device.
V15.5 also includes hot desking which enables businesses to adopt flexible working practices.

V15.5 also includes a number of other design improvements including server-based CRM integration, expanded Linux capabilities, streamlined audio and video conferencing, purpose-built functions for specialist users like receptionists, and a streamlined Let's Encrypt certificate issue that protects the comms system.
