Druva expands platform with CloudRanger acquisition

Ireland-based backup and DR solution provider for AWS CloudRanger has been acquired by Druva, the US headquartered provider of cloud data protection and management.

The acquisition expands Druva's data protection capabilities of the Druva Cloud Platform.

CloudRanger is said to be one of the fastest growing cloud native ‘as-a-Service' providers in the market with enterprise clients across a number of industries including NASCAR, Rockwell Collins and Vanderbilt University. The company has more than 300 customers and experienced 300% growth in revenue over the calendar year.
