CSI Group has bolstered its capabilities in regulated industries following the acquisition of cloud solutions provider Niu Solutions.
SI has offices in London and Birmingham and offers cyber security, application software and IBM PowerCloud infrastructure services.
"The investment we are making in Niu Solutions will extend our ability to move clients' critical business applications to the cloud, " said CSI CEO Simon Payne.
Shaun Ledgerwood, CEO of Niu Solutions, added: "With a track record stretching back over 30 years and a strong financial foundation, I am confident that CSI offer the best route forward for our business."
