Arrow scoops Employer Brand of the Year gong

Arrow Business Communications has bagged the Employer Brand of the Year gong at the Employee Engagement Awards 2018. The award recognises organisations that put workforce engagement at the heart of their business strategy.

Arrow was selected because of its creative change management project called #ARROWVISION in which all staff help to shape and implement.

CEO Chris Russell said: "Silo based organisations do not work in today's world and this initiative gave me the opportunity to combine the collective power of 130 brains to solve problems and create a company that is a great and rewarding place to work."
