Nimans urges resellers to take a 'leap of faith’

Distributor Nimans says it has taken a 'leap of faith' by embracing technologies such as hosted, mobile and SaaS solutions, underpinned by a dedicated wholesale Network Services division, and it is advising resellers to follow suit.

Head of Network Services, Mark Curtis Wood, says the company has spent several years building up a portfolio. "Nimans has become a genuine network services aggregator, working with many leading names including new business partnerships in the hosted PBX telephony market and also the mobile arena such as O2," he explained.

"Driving the adoption of Unified Communications is another key strand of our overall strategy as we continue to develop from the voice arena into a fully converged value add distributor, reinforcing our pedigree as a single source solution provider, based on delivering margin-rich opportunities.

"We understand a leap of faith is required for many resellers. Access to trusted partners is key in any transition. We are investing in next generation technology ourselves such as equipping our staff with Microsoft Lync. We are working with multiple suppliers at different levels to bring together one solution which ultimately helps our resellers enjoy pain free expansion."
