MyPhones resellers can now offer customers on hold services to prevent callers hanging up when calling unmanned offices during the lockdown.
Research shows that 90% of callers will hang up after hearing 40 seconds of silence and 34% of those will not call back.
A new partnership with on-hold messaging supplier Audpro means MyPhone’s customers will get an exclusive package when adding AudPro to their contract.
MyPhones sales director Paul Gibbs said: “As we approach a second lockdown this week, on hold messaging has now become a standard requirement for small and medium businesses needing to retain good customer relations while their offices are closed.”
