Bristol-based intY has signed partnerships with Wavenet and Oak Innovation to bolster its cloud voice offering and enhance its new Teams+ enablement programme.
The Teams+ programme will help intY partners capitalise on opportunities in the cloud services market and make the most of Microsoft Teams, according to Marcus Ollenbuttel, SVP, Digital Distribution, intY.
intY will leverage Wavenet’s TeamsLink solution for direct call routing and Oak Innovation’s Clarify tool for compliance recording.
Ollebuttel added: “Both solutions complement our existing cloud voice offerings and provide our partners with new revenue streams based on the evolving needs of their customers.”
