Jola has launched a new recruitment system designed to help businesses encourage more diverse applications and find a richer candidate pool.
Jola has customised a portal within ZoHo to give managers access to add a new role with revamped job descriptions, key questions and assessments and push a button to advertise it on websites and collect applications.
CMO Cherie Howlett said: “We now have a bespoke portal designed to meet the needs of the business which integrates with websites such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
“We designed this process to fit with the diverse and inclusive culture we have at Jola and are excited to see how it makes our recruitment process more efficient.”
