Aspire Technology Services plans to nearly double its headcount by adding 150 jobs in the north east, where it has recently opened a new office.
Aspire’s new technology hub in Teesside is designed to support growing technology companies and spur an upturn in digital innovation in the area.
Sales Manager Justin Godfrey said: “We have plans to improve the connectivity and cloud performance available to north east businesses and help the economy to recover post-Covid.”
Aspire was recently appointed by Newcastle City Council to deliver a next-generation full fibre network serving hundreds of public sector sites across the region which will enable offshoot connections to be built across the north east.
