BT Group is primed to recruit more than 600 apprentices and graduates for its September 2022 intake.
The new recruits will fill roles across as engineering, customer service, applied research and cyber-security across several BT offices.
BT has recruited over 2,000 apprentices and graduates in the past three years with around 4,000 employees working towards qualifications at any given time.
Chief of Human Resources Officer Debbie White said: “BT is a great place for new joiners to learn new skills and capabilities, collaborate with colleagues and bring innovative thinking to drive growth across our business and deliver for all of our customers.”
BT is also focused on driving diversity into its workforce aiming to have a 50% gender split, with 25% from an ethnic minority group, and 17% with a disability by 2030.
