Gamma Communications (Gamma), has now received regulatory approval for its acquisition of STARFACE Group, marking a milestone in the company’s expansion in the German communications market.
With all conditions met, the transaction is now complete and brings the total number of cloud seats in Germany to over 500,000 and gives SMEs communication solutions through STARFACE’s partner ecosystem.
Andrew Belshaw, CEO of Gamma (pictured) commented: “This marks the beginning of a new chapter, allowing us to accelerate cloud adoption across the DACH region.”
