Avanade has appointed Rodrigo Caserta as its new CEO to replace the outgoing Pamela Maynard who will step down at the end of August.
Caserta joined Avanade ten years ago and currently heads its Global Technology Business Group. He has also served as General Manager for Brazil, and President of Growth Markets.
Incumbent Maynard has held the position for the last six years. She leaves at the end of this month to join Microsoft as its chief AI transformation officer at Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions.
