3CX partners can now host multiple companies on a single 3CX instance/license following the launch of a new multi-tenant solution.
This has been designed for partners managing smaller SOHO/SMB businesses of up to 20 users with basic-to-moderate communications requirements, enabling partners to configure companies as a department on a single instance.
CEO Nick Galea said: “As security and computing requirements continue to grow for dedicated phone systems, smaller customers without complex requirements will sooner or later have to move to a multi-tenant solution for system management to remain viable.
“We are catering to this market need without pushing Partners to buy a dedicated instance for each SMB.”
