ANS channel partners will now be able to leverage the company’s Ofsted-rated Academy to train apprentices and boost their talent pipelines.
The Academy teaches programmes that ANS builds alongside its partners to ensure wrap-around support for both the apprentice and employer.
Ryan Martin, Head of Indirect at ANS said: “We wanted to take our OFSTED Outstanding training to our channel community, utilising our experience and success in building early career pipelines for their business and building a diverse and skilled workforce.”
ANS cites research from The Department of Education, reporting that 65% of apprentices stay with the same employer after completing their apprenticeship with 61% staying with the same employer for over five years, according to the Institute of Student Employers.
