TD SYNNEX UK&I has spotlighted the work done by its staff to create an inclusive working environment through its 2024 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) awards.
The programme was curated by the four TD SYNNEX UK&I business resource groups (BRGs). The Elevate BRG is dedicated to the empowerment of women; SPECTRUM provides support for LGBTQ+ co-workers; Embrace celebrates racial, cultural and religious differences; and Limitless, supports co-workers with a disability, hidden disability or who are neurodivergent.
In total 144 nominations were put forward for 75 individuals, with 31 co-workers nominated more than once.
