Agilitas IT Solutions is doubling down on its customer experience focus by appointing Sara Wilkes as COO.
Wilkes brings over 15 years of experience in the channel, including roles at Computacenter and most recently Director of Customer Experience at SCC. In this role she created and chaired the Diversity and Inclusion Council.
At Agilitas she will drive technology-driven growth, strategic expansion and employee empowerment.
