FluidOne has added a 5th office to its IT branch network, now offering local IT services to SMBs around Brighton through the acquisition of Computer and Network Consultants (CNC).
The deal swells the Business IT Centre of Excellence (CoE) to £37m in revenue, with 1,100 customers and 164 employees. It increases FluidOne’s total revenue to £104m, an increase of £7m since the last acquisition.
CNC will operate as a separate branch with a dedicated management team, led by co-founder Graham Lind as MD and supported by co-founder Gary Jowett as Operations and Marketing Director.
Lind said: “We can now build CNC as the trusted local IT provider whilst benefiting from overlay in connectivity, mobile, Unified Communications and Cyber from the wider FluidOne group.”
FluidOne’s CEO, Russell Horton, is to become Chairman of CNC, with FluidOne Directors Steve Brown, Simon Ward, Chris Rogers and Roy Hastings also becoming board directors.
Horton adds: “This deal builds on our strategy to create a branch network for expertly delivered IT managed services to Business customers.”
The acquisition follows that of Highlander Computing Solutions in January 2023 and projectfive in April 2023.
