YOUR MISSION:

  • Deliver: Organise, collate and convey information in an understandable and valuable format for our customers.
  • Manage Relationships: Manage your customer projects becoming a 'trusted advisor' by coordinating our technical and delivery team and being the go-to customer contact.
  • Champion the Customer: Represent the customers' needs within our business and deliver on our commitments.
  • Utilise standard workflows: Follow, iterate and enhance our processes, to increase our customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Each project is a learning opportunity; refining your skills and delivering better results with each subsequent engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Proven Success: You know how to deliver critical outcomes across multiple technologies on-time and on-budget within enterprise environments.
  • Methodical Excellence: Using established methodologies and standards, you fulfil our customer needs.
  • Great Communicator: You facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment of project goals. Customers love working with you, and you've got the track record to prove it.
  • Meticulous Organiser: You’ll have the detail and structure to plan and execute key customer activities.
  • Industry Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, IT services, and IT networking across LAN's and WAN's.

THE BORING STUFF:

  • This is a full-time role, you'll be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
