ICUK has introduced a streamlined process for handling fault reports for ADSL, FTTC, GFast, SOADSL, SOGEA, SOGFast, and FTTP connections.
By passing fault requests directly to the carrier, ICUK is providing quicker support, live appointments and access to engineering Notes.
Additionally, ICUK has fine-tuned Openreach's phrasing to make updates clearer and more understandable for customers.
The company said: “We firmly believe that this initiative represents a significant step forward in fault resolution, with minimal disadvantages compared to our previous operating procedures.”
