Gamma has appointed Martin Hellawell as Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Board with effect from 1 July 2023, replacing Richard Last, who will step down from the role after nine years.
Hellawell will step down from his role as Non-Executive Chair of Softcat, where he served as CEO from 2006 to 2018. Prior to Softcat, he spent over a decade at Computacenter where he was responsible for the marketing function and ran its's French subsidiary.
He is currently serving as Non-Executive Chair of Raspberry Pi, Non-Executive Chair of musicMagpie, and a Non-Executive Director of Team17.
