Telecom Acquisitions is looking for further expansion opportunities, with the goal of hitting 100,000 customers by the end of 2023.
Following five deals in the last three years, the company now supports a base that is 66,000 strong.
It is specifically targeting opportunities to acquire either residential bases from large growth businesses where broadband is not traditionally the main line of business, or smaller residential broadband suppliers that require support to obtain growth.
CEO Nigel Barnett said: “We want to grow, we have the right set up to grow and are willing to discuss any possible outcomes in the strictest confidence.”
