VMO2 is offering 350 new apprenticeships in 2023 with paid training and guaranteed jobs at completion.
This follows research that 49% of the UK workforce wants to retrain or study during the cost of living crisis and 6.5 million feel they’re not paid enough in their current role to cover higher bills.
The company aims to challenge misconceptions about apprenticeships being poorly paid and lacking job security.

“That’s why we’re proud to be creating hundreds of new apprenticeships at Virgin Media O2 this year offering opportunities for people to learn new skills, from building our gigabit broadband network to project management.
