Bowmark Capital is making an investment in Xperience to facilitate the company’s organic and acquisitive growth,
Xperience provides managed IT, cloud, business applications and cyber security to over 800 small and medium-sized companies and employs more than 170 people.
The company is delivering double-digit revenue and profit growth and, since 2021, has also acquired Green Duck and Riverlite.
