Incovo has acquired Edinburgh-based RGB Solutions to enhance its IT service offering and increase its presence across Scotland’s Central belt.
The buy boosts Incovo’s turnover by £700,000, bringing five new team members and 97 new clients onboard.
Incovo will add RGB’s cyber security, IT support and consultancy expertise to its own managed print, connectivity, and cloud telecommunications credentials.
