Irish powerhouse Version 1 has acquired Evoco to build out its growing UK digital, data and cloud practice.
The buy will add expertise in service design and transformation in the public sector.
Tom O’Connor, CEO of Version 1, said: “Version 1 is growing rapidly across the UK public sector with customers such as National Highways, Ofgem, Ordnance Survey, Home Office, and Harrow Council to name a few.
“This latest acquisition further consolidates our position as a market-leader in delivering digital transformation across the UK public sector and further afield.”
Evoco Director John Dunnet said: “We see the acquisition as being positive in enabling our growth ambitions.”
Evoco’s entire team of 41 will remain with the business following the merger.
