Gamma has added Horizon Contact to its Clearing offering, providing universities with a cloud-based contact centre solution to manage multichannel interaction during the busy period.
Over a third of universities in the UK currently leverage Gamma to keep them connected during Clearing.
Andrew Robinson, Head of UCaaS Practice said: “Horizon Contact offers features that will fit the needs of universities, such as guaranteed service availability, advanced queue management, skills-based routing, extensive reporting and wallboards.
“We are adding more features for 2022, including webchat and call back, which will enable universities to further enhance the experience they can offer their customers.”
