The changing face of BT Wholesale as a more channel focussed and supportive partner is underpinned by its resilient network, its broadband and FTTP roll out, its self-service portal and the white label marketing support the company now provides.
So claims Gail Ash, Data and Broadband Proposition Specialist at the networking giant, who outlined these commitments at the BT Wholesale Partner Plus Live event staged at BT Tower in January 2022.
“Aside from massive investment in our network, we're investing £12 billion in FTTP, so we’ll be enabling 25 million premises by 2026. We're currently at 6.4 million now and we're enabling 70k new addresses each week,” she said.
“Broadband One, our brand-new managed broadband solution offers incredible coverage to 26 and a half million premises, right through from copper to one gig full fibre. So, wherever you are, wherever your customers are in your digital transformation, we have a solution for you, and it's all managed through a self-service portal.
“Through that portal, you can place orders, you can create ceases, you can do modifications, and if you want to place an order for CPE through the journey as well, we can deliver that directly to your end user’s premises. And in a fault scenario you can triage that fault and often solve it yourself.
“We also support you in terms of sales and marketing. Through our partner marketing hub, there are some incredible assets such as white label emails, blog posts and social media posts, which you can personalise and make your own.
“And right now, there are campaigning box tools for WHC Express, and Broadband One that you can use right away, “she added.
