Telecoms service provider Great British Communications (GBC) has been acquired by United Living, which is making its first foray into telecoms and 5G.
GBC provide acquisition, design, build, procurement, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair services to MNOs across the UK.
Neil Armstrong, Chair and CEO at United Living, said: "This acquisition complements out existing utility infrastructure services and provides us with a platform to grow in the telecoms space.
“5G is a multi-billion-pound market for the UK and is socially and economically transformative for the communities we serve. Artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles and IoT, to name a few, are all reliant on better connectivity."
