Ogi’s team has grown to 100 employees as the Welsh altnet continues phase one of its £200m full fibre rollout in Wales.
The Infracapital backed company has recruited for roles across all functions of the business as it aims to hit 150,000 premises in Wales by 2025.
CEO Ben Allwright said: “By attracting investment and creating jobs, our local economic impact travels across south Wales and beyond, alongside our full fibre network.”
People Experience Director Lisa Hand added: “Our growth is important, but it’s perhaps even more important to us that we’re able to retain and develop our people.”
