Wireless Logic has completed a re-capitalisation of the business in a deal that saw majority shareholder Montagu Private Equity and the company’s management buyout CVC Growth Partners’ minority stake.
In the last five months Wireless Logic has completed four acquisitions across Europe - Arkessa, Com4, Datamobile and New Line.
Oliver Tucker, CEO at Wireless Logic, says: “The continued investment from Montagu is a strong indicator of the trust and confidence that they have in our business and our continued potential for growth."
