Global omni-channel specialist QContact is targeting UK comms channel expansion, building on partner programme successes in Europe, the USA and Africa.
Spearheading the UK push is Business Development Manager Edward Haines who joined the company in late 2019.
"QContact helps businesses integrate calls, emails, social media, WhatsApp and more with a CRM, providing a solution for channel partners to offer clients," he stated. "I’m now focused on developing new partnerships throughout the UK."
