Global business services and consulting firm Accenture has advanced its acquisition strategy with the capture of Mudano, a strategic data services consultancy to financial services firms.
The acquisition enhances Accenture’s analytics, data and AI capabilities. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Last year, in the same field, Accenture acquired Spanish analytics services firm Pragsis Bidoop.
This January, Accenture also acquired DACH SAP services specialist maihiro. The Munich-based firm is a provider of customer experience and customer relationship management consulting, optimisation and ongoing enhancement services.
That deal came on the back of over 30 other Accenture acquisitions made in the digital space over the last 12 months.
One of the biggest was Accenture's purchase of the Symantec cyber security services business from Broadcom.
