Glasgow located Silver Cloud has prepared for the next phase of its growth plan following the restructure of its senior management team and the hire of Michael McMillan as MD.
McMillan takes over from company founder Anthony Quinn who's assumed the CEO role. Investor Steve Smith has been appointed Chairman.
Smith stated: “We now have the right structure in place to scale locally and expand within the UK. The next phase of our development will involve acquisitions as we increase both our geographical reach and the range of services we offer to clients.”
Quinn, who set the firm up in 2014, added: “Michael will be a key part of everything we do. His experience of IT support will be particularly important as we intend to expand significantly in that area.”
