Graphite Capital-backed UC specialist Babble has continued its buy and build approach with the acquisition of IT Managed Service Provider 81G Blue to enhance its cyber capabilities.
The Southam-based MSP is Babble’s third buy under PE partner Graphite Capital and its seventh since the start of 2020. CEO Matt Parker suggests Babble has no interest in slowing down along this acquisition trail.
He said: “Our buy and build strategy has continued at pace in 2021. We have more acquisitions in the pipeline, as we seek high quality, innovative businesses that have the potential for further growth.”
