POPX has appointed Andy Dunn as Chief Customer Officer to boost its customer engagement and strategic service capabilities, bringing extensive MSP solutions experience.
Dunn was previously CRO at CSI Ltd and has more than 25 years’ experience in the MSP space, including various roles at Daisy Corporate Services, Red Squared, and Adapt.

Discussing his appointment, Dunn said: “Having built sales strategies for multiple MSPs, I appreciate the significance the deployed toolsets bring to service delivery and customer experience.”
