Train to Win has launched a new initiative to get comms industry organisations equipped to capitalise on the neurodiversity within their workforces.
Exceptional Minds will provide foundational and advanced training modules alongside a bespoke consultancy service.
Train to Win CEO, Julie Mills, said: “The opportunity to grow and succeed, and to overcome some of the challenges around neurodiversity, is truly exceptional and so we’re designing a purpose-built programme that will help tech businesses thrive through becoming more neurodiverse-friendly.”
The programme’s training is built around the fundamentals of neurodiversity awareness, with added focus on specialist disciplines such as recruitment, internal communications and leadership.
Consultancy services cover neurodiversity inclusion and implementation and develops a range of bespoke solutions to address both short-term business challenges and longer-term strategic goals.
