KCOM accredited on Amazon Connect

IT services provider KCOM is targeting the enterprise cloud contact centre market following its accreditation as an Amazon Connect partner, building on its APN Premier Consulting partner status.

Stephen Long, EVP of enterprise at KCOM, noted that the firm was particularly attracted to Amazon Connect's scalability and market traction.

“This accreditation gives KCOM the ability to offer customers bespoke contact centres on the cloud and tailor technologies to their specific needs,” he said.
