Ultima acquires Just After Midnight

APSE Capital-owned Ultima has made its first acquisition with the addition of Just After Midnight (JAM) to expand its multi-cloud strategy.
 
“This strengthens our ability to offer our customers a cloud service around the world, we now have a powerful global offering for all customers and partners looking to build and manage their hybrid cloud infrastructure and applications,” said Scott Dodds (pictured), CEO, Ultima.
 
JAM will form a new cloud and application services division within Ultima, managing a full-stack 24/7 support for brands and their digital agencies.
