Tech Data and Synnex have completed a merger to become TD Synnex, a large global distributor and IT solutions aggregator set to serve over 100 countries.
The newly company will provide services to accelerate technology adoption, diversify revenue streams, create cross-selling opportunities and bring to market everything as a service offerings.
CEO Rich Hume said: “We are strengthening our entire portfolio of solutions and raising the bar on the value we deliver to customers and vendors.”
TD Synnex has a team of 22,000 employees worldwide.
