Tech Data has acquired specialist hosted platform provider Advanced Technology Trading (ATTCo) to help partners leverage growth in the as-a-service market.
The transaction accelerates Tech Data’s ability to offer technology-as-a-service and remote service automation enablement to its IT ecosystem partners.
ATTCo’s online platform enables end customers to manage an end-to-end process for hardware, software and services subscriptions.
Tech Data has also acquired ATTCo’s subsidiary, EKM, which provides a solution that enables partners to remotely manage printing and imaging device fleets at scale on behalf of our partners’ end user customers.
