Digital network integrator STL has acquired Clearcomm to enhance the presence of its solutions across the UK and Europe.
Clearcomm provides end-to-end network integration solutions and capabilities, having generated profitable growth with revenues in the range of £20m and growth rates of 25% over the past 3 years.
The buy complements STL's optical connectivity and data centre integration solutions to create a differentiated value proposition for building national-scale, cloud-enabled, next-generation digital networks.
