SoftwareOne has acquired UK-headquartered cloud consulting partner HeleCloud to expand its AWS capabilities in the EMEA region.
HeleCloud is a cloud-native consulting, software architecture, infrastructure engineering and managed service provider with a team of AWS experts in the UK, Bulgaria and The Netherlands.
Javid Khan, AWS Global Director of SoftwareONE, said: “This acquisition will help us further build out SoftwareONE’s cloud migration service offering and accelerate our growth in AWS-related services in EMEA.”
