Sky has been named as a candidate to acquire TalkTalk’s B2B arm, TalkTalk Business Direct, by The Times.
The report also lists Daisy Group as another party thought to be in the running. This is likely due to its attempt to complete this deal back in 2018.
TalkTalk Business Direct has around 80,000 customers and has been priced at around £150m.
The Times state that advisors from Houlihan Lokey are in charge of the sale and are hoping to have the deal completed in the coming weeks.
